Free Flights to Japan

The Japanese government announced the intention of wanting to increase tourist flows from abroad with a special promotional campaign. Thanks to the work of the organization Japan Tourism Agency (http://www.mlit.go.jp/kankocho/en/), will be offered to travelers from overseas, 10,000 free flights to the country of the Rising Sun.

The project will cost more than one billion yen (more than 10 million euros) to the coffers of the Japanese government. Will be relaunched as an area afflicted by the “side effects” of Higashi Nihon Daishinsai, the catastrophic tsunami-terrremoto this year, which even led to loss in tourism del’80% in Yamagata prefectures like.

The initiative will cover trips for next year and will be applied with a selection of candidates will follow the criteria set by the organization. To apply, you must submit an application on the Internet, specifying information such as dates of the trip or several trips. The purpose of this program is to attract participants to spread the idea that Japan is a safe country to visit. The promoters of this strategy are counting on word of mouth allowed by the media, in fact, expect that travelers make use of blogs, social networks and the like, to document their personal experience, this will cause your visitors to convince others.
